How does the free trial work?
You can start with our Starter plan and explore all basic features. No credit card is required to sign up. When you're ready to access advanced features like AI responses and review campaigns, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I manage multiple business locations?
Yes! Our Starter plan supports up to 2 locations, Pro supports 5, Growth supports 15, and Agency plans have unlimited locations. Perfect for multi-location businesses and marketing agencies.
How do AI-powered responses work?
Our AI analyzes the review content and generates professional, personalized response suggestions. You can edit the suggestions before posting, or use them as-is. AI responses are available on Pro plans and above.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
